Our signature, all natural olive oil soap bars all began with the formulation of our great soap recipe. We had to balance olive oil with coconut and palm oil to create a natural bar soap that was not only ultra conditioning and emollient as olive oil soaps should be, but also lusciously lathering and hard. For our scented bars, we love the challenge of selecting unique scents from nature's pantry of pure essential oils and natural isolates to get that perfectly balanced fragrance. For the ultimate skin-pampering experience, we love experimenting with luxury butters like Shea Butter and Cocoa Butter that leave skin with a lavished and incredibly soft feel. Many of our customers have let us know that after using our hand made soaps, they no longer need lotion to keep their skin soft. Couldn't a commercial soap company just use natural ingredients and come up with better bar soap than those synthetic bar soaps they make? This includes the creation of the soap recipe- selecting just the right vegetable oils, butters and Essential Oils to create natural bar soaps with the qualities we're seeking. It involves weighing, measuring, heating and blending all the natural soap ingredients. Finally, it requires the pouring and cutting of our natural soap bars, and the turning of each one over a period of weeks to ensure they cure and dry to perfection.
