Lavender's use in soap couldn't be more appropriate, given that the word Lavender is derived from the Latin word, lavare, "to wash." Throughout history, lavender has been used to diminish emotional stress, restlessness and nervous energy. For our beautiful soap, we used our signature Olive Oil base formula, and added a skin-friendly dose of natural rose clay, and natural lavender essential oil. Ground lavender buds sprinkled on top of the bar lightly exfoliate as the soap cleans with sumptuously rich lather. A favorite bath-time companion!
